Welcome to Chosen Queens!

In the face of daunting statistics—where 50% of foster girls become pregnant by age 19, 50% are incarcerated within 2 years of aging out, and 25% lack a high school diploma—our beauty program stands as a beacon of hope. Tailored for teenagers in foster care aged 14 to 18, we empower through makeup application, hairstyling, and confidence-building workshops. Beyond skills, our program offers transformation—graduates receive beauty training, a full makeover, and a professional photoshoot, fostering self-worth and resilience. Join us in rewriting the narratives of foster teens, turning statistics into stories of empowerment, one confident step at a time.

Our 6 Week Program

A transformative six-week journey of self-discovery and
confidence-building

Introduction

An uplifting introduction session led by our team, where foster teens come together to connect, and kickstart their journey towards self-discovery and empowerment.

Hair & Makeup Workshop

An exciting hands-on hair and makeup workshop led by industry professionals, empowering foster teens to discover their unique beauty and confidence.

Hair Salon Makeover

A visit to a professional hair salon where foster teens receive personalized haircuts and colors, marking the beginning of their empowering makeover process.

Nail Salon Spa Day

Visit to a nail salon where foster teens indulge in pampering nail treatments, adding the perfect finishing touch to their empowering makeover experience.

Professional Photoshoot

We’ll be capturing the essence of confidence and beauty as each foster teen enjoys a personalized professional photoshoot, celebrating their individuality and empowerment.

Graduation

In our final session, we’ll be marking the culmination of their transformative journey as foster teens graduate from the Chosen Queens beauty program, radiating confidence and empowered to embrace their futures.
